FTB App Deleted

I started a FTB University world the other day, using the ftb app with Overwolf, and today the FTB app is gone in Overwolf. I tried downloading the FTB App again, and it doesn’t show that I download or have progress in FTB University. Does anyone know how I can get my world back, or where my progress might be in my files?

I didn’t search a lot. But people on FTB forum discussed instance locations here.
It is quite clear that FTB App just don’t know Instance location. But I don’t know the reason your App broke. So try some essential things like: reinstall Overwolf; install another version of FTB App; search for warnings in Overwolf logs(if they exist…).

Lukas I have been using MultiMC for other modpacks, but I couldn’t figure out how to get ftb University onto MultiMc
