Deleting my progress? (Server)

Just a quick question 😅
Is it possible that you can delete my progress on the Dungeon Dragons and Space shuttle server? I would like to start new without anything or any progress. I had a long break because i had to write a lot of exams and a few days ago i finished my bachelor. Now i have way more time again and hope its possible to delete everything 😄

Ohh one more little thing, all my stuff in the inventory etc. got deleted but my quest book progress didn’t. Is it possible to delete the quest progress too? :o
